HiveMinds is hiring for the role of Marketing Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan and execute A/B tests, gather insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools.
- Manage budgets efficiently—forecast monthly costs, track spends, and resolve discrepancies.
- Write and optimize ad copy and landing pages for PPC campaigns.
- Continuously expand and refine keyword lists and bidding strategies.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze advertising strategies of industry peers.
Requirements:
- We’re seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Search and Meta platforms.
- The ideal candidate will come from a digital agency background and have a strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in performance marketing within a digital agency setup.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
