Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Create and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Content and Branding

• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Digital Marketing

• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to improve digital performance.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute product launches and promotional events.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns using analytics tools and KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• (Preferred) Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making.
