Digipanda is hiring for the role of Marketing Specialist!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Research and monitor trending memes, viral content, and internet culture to identify opportunities for content creation.
• Develop and execute meme-centric marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences of different social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce meme-inspired content, including images, videos, GIFs, and captions.
• Engage with online communities and meme pages to promote brand awareness and foster authentic interactions.
• Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends, and participate in real-time engagement to capitalize on viral opportunities.
• Analyze engagement metrics and audience feedback to optimize meme strategies and improve content performance.
• Stay updated on emerging memes, internet phenomena, and cultural references to maintain relevance and novelty in content creation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their brand identity, voice, and goals, and integrate meme marketing strategies into their overall marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media marketing, content creation, or meme marketing.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, meme trends, and viral content.
• Proficiency in using meme creation tools and editing software, such as Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
• Creative mindset with a knack for humor, wit, and storytelling.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and shareable meme captions and content.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from social media metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
