Lifesight Technologies is hiring for the role of Marketing Science Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Evangelize our UMM platform by articulating its value proposition to a diverse range of brands across multiple industries.
• Study and understand customers' business goals and KPIs to offer expert recommendations and actionable insights to achieve them using our platform.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, communications, and engagement, with the support of our customer success and support teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to our product roadmap and feature development in collaboration with our product, data science, and engineering teams.
• Identify and stay ahead of industry trends, track competitor movements, and find differentiators to continuously improve our offerings and solutions.
• Work closely with global sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in go-to-market strategies.

Requirments:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, BI/Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing. 
  
• A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. 
  
• A proven track record of working with mid-market and enterprise brands across industries.
  
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills. 
  
• The ability to communicate complex data science concepts in simple terms.
  
• Experience in developing strategies that drive revenue and market share. 
  
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for brand promotion and thought leadership.
  
• The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
