EquiLend is hiring for the role of Marketing Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain and update our WordPress-based website, ensuring pages are current, formatted correctly, and free of technical issues.
• Support backend site changes, general maintenance and troubleshoot website issues in coordination with internal stakeholders or external vendors.
• Own the day-to-day setup and management of marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Own and maintain all segmented lists (static and dynamic) within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Own the creation, routing, optimization and maintenance of all Pardot lead generation forms on the website and landing pages.
• Build landing pages in WordPress and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), format e-blasts and create web forms tied to lead generation activities.
• Implement automation workflows tied to email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Work with the Salesforce admin to support tracking across the lead funnel and assist in aligning campaign data with sales pipeline outcomes.
• Maintain lead scoring, routing, tagging and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI to support performance visibility for pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, campaign ROI, etc.
• Implement and own attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis.
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines and campaign trackersAssist with the integration and upkeep of the broader marketing tech stack, ensuring data flows and tools are correctly configured.
• Provide technical support to the wider marketing team. 

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including editing pages and backend maintenance.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScriptA background in working within a marketing, demand generation, or sales function in a technical support capacity.
• Basic experience with marketing analytics and building dashboards in Salesforce or Power BI preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working across teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Open to learning new tools and systems as the marketing tech stack evolves.
