Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance company awareness. 
• Support the marketing team with guidance and feedback. 
• Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences. 
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities. 
• Manage social media marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives. 
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns for corporate promotion and new product launches. 
• Monitor project progress and report on performance. 
• Produce content for the company’s online presence and assist in the design and organization of company publications. 
• Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitor marketing efforts. 
• Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects efficiently. 
• Liaise with external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, and build strategic partnerships. 

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing business administration, and a master’s degree.  
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a proven track record in Marketing Operations, or a related field.  
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.  
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the job market, industry trends, and organizational needs.
