Updazz is hiring for the role of Marketing Operations Executive !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Create, edit, and manage content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Help monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
•  Support event planning and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, brochures, social media posts).
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
• Update and maintain the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus but not required.
