PhonePe is hiring for the role of Marketing Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Executing marketing campaigns, including emails, WhatsApp messages, notifications, and in-app banners, in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Updating the MIS dashboard daily from external sources and optimizing it for internal use through Excel automation.
• Proactively analyzing issues and providing actionable insights to mitigate risks and optimize operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently for operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong ownership and action bias.
• High learnability for new tools and skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in report automation.
• Moderate SQL skills for data extraction.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations.
• Strong team player and collaborator.
• Proven experience (1-2+ years) in operations and analytical roles.
• Preference for candidates with experience in large internet/digital companies in marketing operations roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
