Slice is hiring for the role of Marketing Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute various marketing campaigns and communications with a high attention to detail to content.
• Work across acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Work with the analytics and product teams to understand user behavior, understand business objectives, and build effective marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the content and design team for various communication assets for campaigns.
• Track results of the campaigns and work on KPIs.
• Understand and enhance customer experience by coordinating with the CX team
• Stay on top of competition offers and consumer internet product trends and come up with new ideas to increase customer engagement and retention
• Plan a calendar for marketing campaigns and coordinate to drive smooth execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree - Completed
• Good communication skills
• High degree of ownership
• Working on tools - Microsoft office (Excel, docs, powerpoint), Google sheets and docs
• High attention to detail
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
