Optimite is hiring for the role of Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and executing our marketing strategy for the UK and US markets, including setting goals, developing and implementing campaigns, and tracking and analyzing results.
• Managing our marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and developing and implementing training programs.
• Overseeing all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including development, execution, and analysis.
• Working closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer support, to ensure that our marketing campaigns are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and implementing them into our marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the email design and digital marketing industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and platforms
