Marketing Manager Job in Delhi at Nirmalaya

Responsibilities:

• Brand activation campaigns plan & execute karna (temples, fairs, exhibitions, events, RWAs, malls)
• On-ground promotions & sampling activities handle karna (agarbatti, dhoop, pooja products)
• ATL / BTL marketing activities manage karna (hoardings, kiosks, stalls, roadshows)
• Agency, vendors & promoters team manage karna
• POSM material (standees, banners, danglers, leaflets) design & deployment
• Regional marketing campaigns as per festivals (Diwali, Navratri, Shivratri, etc.)
• Budget planning & ROI tracking for activation activities
• Market research & consumer feedback collect karna
• Sales team ke saath coordination for lead generation
• Brand visibility & recall improve karna across markets

Skills required:
