Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Assist in researching industry trends, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies

• Help in managing and maintaining the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to comments or messages
• Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns and channels, preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights
• Assist in lead generation activities, including lead qualification, database management and CRM updates
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, product management and design to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives
• Continuously monitor industry trends, new marketing techniques and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and create compelling content
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure marketing performance
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation, data analysis and campaign execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive attitude towards learning new marketing strategies, tools and technologies
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising
