Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business ideas.
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
• Lead Generation through organic methods.
• Lead Qualification.
• Market Research
• Research, track, maintain and update leads. 
• Working on collaborations with different companies/institutes to generate new potential leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Maintaining a database(CRM,Excel,etc.) of prospective client information.
• Contact prospects to qualify leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduation/PostGraduation - minimum 60%
• Strong communication skills
• Critical and out-of-the-boxthinking
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a target driven environment

Others:

• Working Days : 6 days' working(Saturday and Sunday is mandatory working)
• Probation Period : 4-6 Months

PACKAGE:

• During Probation Period(per month) : INR 10,000 - 15,000
• Post Probation : 2.4 LPA to 3.6LPA(Based on performance)
