• Execute online and offline marketing activities to generate leads. 
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to promote available properties. 
• Track marketing leads, inquiries, and conversion data. 
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives. 
• Maintain marketing data, reports, and MIS as required. 
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can also apply). 
• Professional verbal and written communication skills. 
• Presentable, confident, and proactive personality. 
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms (preferred). 
• Ability to handle mobile/web-based applications and portals.
