Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
• Generate and convert leads into sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Marketing Strategy Support:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Support brand-building initiatives

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
• Provide insights to support strategic decisions

Sales Reporting:

• Track sales performance and maintain accurate customer databases
• Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint

Operational Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams for product knowledge sharing and campaign execution

Travel Requirement:

• Ready to travel across Pan India locations as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Pharmaceuticals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage
