JK cement is hiring for the role of Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Select and propose customers for branding initiatives.
• Plan and execute BTL (Below the Line), ATL (Above the Line), and MICE activities with the CTS team.
• Develop and implement digital and communication strategies.
• Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet/exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Develop new markets and identify market potential.
• Handle interactions with architects, interior designers, contractors, and site applicators.
• Provide regular competitor updates and market intelligence.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Understand evolving customer needs and offer product solutions accordingly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and responsiveness to customer needs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of branding, ATL, BTL, and MICE activities.
• Proficiency in digital and communication strategy development.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Experience in new market development and construction product knowledge.
• Proven experience in client handling (Architects, Designers, Contractors).
• Strong general management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
