Adroit is hiring for the role of Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Client Management: Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and orders to ensure timely responses and sales closure.
• Client Visits: Coordinate and schedule client visits smoothly.
• Sales Support: Assist sales team with lead follow-ups and deal closures.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and participate in trade shows and marketing events.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and inquiries.
• Lead Tracking: Manage and follow up on client leads to move them through the sales funnel.
• Campaign Support: Assist in running digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Quotation and Order Follow-Ups,  Actively follow up on pending quotations and collaborate with teams to close sales.

 Requirements:

• Experience in handling client visits and managing events.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industrial technology and products is a plus.
