Synclovis is hiring for the role of Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct field work to engage directly with schools and educational institutions to promote Bluewings effectively
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand the unique features and benefits of Bluewings
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that incorporate fieldwork activities to reach target audiences
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape in the education technology sector
• Implement sales initiatives during field visits to drive the adoption of Bluewings among schools and educational institutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between fieldwork activities and overall marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong market planning and market research skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in marketing software products or educational technology is a plus
