Sujata Computers is hiring for the role of Marketing Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts, such as sales presentations, product guides, and sales scripts.
• Assist in creating customized sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions that align with sales objectives.
• Ensure the timely and efficient implementation of marketing plans to support sales efforts.
• Assist in lead generation efforts, including database management, list segmentation, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target potential clients for sales outreach
• Help create sales training materials and resources to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Organize and coordinate sales training sessions and workshops.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and software
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing coordination is a plus.
• Fresher. Experience in sales will be an advantage.
