Marketing Associate-Events and Affiliate Marketing Job in Bengaluru at Zomentum

Zomentum is hiring for the role of Marketing Associate-Events and Affiliate Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and running Zomentum’s event marketing strategy, including in-house event/webinar production, co-marketing events/webinars, and third-party sponsorships.
• Managing operations for event marketing (production, communications, speaker and audience management, etc.)
• Identifying and listing events that are well-matched to Zomentum’s brand persona for maximum impact.
• Identifying top speakers and panelists from around the world and building a repository for future event requirements.
• Working with multiple contractors to seamlessly plan and execute globally and negotiate commercial contracts with an eye on key ROI metrics.
• Managing event marketing budget effectively to maximize mindshare and lead funnel.
• Planning and executing affiliate partnerships with relevant influencers and groups.
• Identifying and onboarding new affiliate opportunities.
• Maintaining relationships and work with affiliates and influencers to generate awareness and MQLs for partner and vendor products.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years working in a Marketing team of B2B SaaS or tech startup company
• Experience with working across multiple teams and external stakeholders to execute live + virtual events is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious, Hungry to grow and be part of an early stage startup 
• Bias towards action
