Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the key engine to bring-to-life differentiated experiences that resonate with our target clients, candidates and employees
  
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with local business community in the “first mile” with target audiences
  
• Streamline a programmatic approach that knits together a cohesive narrative anchored to strategic priorities.
  
• Empower business leaders to drive consideration and preference at speed in local markets and effectively engage our people.
  
• Champion a data-led mindset evaluating performance
  
• Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  
• Identifies and assesses complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.
  
• Sets strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
  
• Interacts with senior leadership at a client and/or within Accenture
  
• Act as an advisor to leadership in focus areas
  
• Negotiates and influences on significant matters
  
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years)
  
• Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration in all we do
