Avniro Group is hiring for the role of Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure cross-functional coordination of digital marketing programs
• Provide support for Marketing Campaign ideation as well as execution on digital platforms
• Assist with expansion into new social media avenues and growth on existing social media platforms
• Maximize digital impact through innovations and breakthrough thinking
• Engage our customers in a human, meaningful and value-driven manner
• Define and execute customer lifecycle adoption and engagement programs in accordance to digital strategy and execution plan
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in a business, marketing or technical field preferred. MBA in Marketing in a must.
• Demonstrate being data-driven: continuously test, measure, and improve programs and tactics.
• Possess expertise in use of various content types and engagement methods, such as video, blogs, social media, email to execute digital programs.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written.
