This role is essential in driving the growth and visibility of our mechanic shop through innovative marketing strategies, lead generation, and excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.

- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential customers to bring new business to our mechanic shop.

- Utilize various digital marketing techniques to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client engagement. Vendor Outreach & Fleet Management Contracts:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to secure contracts for fleet management services.

- Reach out to businesses to offer maintenance contracts, including services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and general vehicle maintenance.

- Negotiate terms and ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in customer support and handling inquiries is a plus.

- Recruiting experience, particularly in the automotive or technical fields, is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
