ZS Associate is for the role of Marketing Analyst Associate !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ability to translate data from metrics to rich stories about the customer experience
• Design and work with internal teams to develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users
• Optimize Power BI performance for large datasets and complex data relationships
• Optimize ZS reports and formatting to ensure teams can easily consume information including standard report formats, provide high quality data and review data normalization
• Collaborate with analytics team on ZS’s reporting processes, including working with the entire Demand Center team to uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funne
• Identify issues with ZS’s database integrity and reporting capabilities through improved processes and data quality
• Assist with understanding which lead nurture efforts are most effective to improve business development efforts
• Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI and advise internal stakeholders on its use
• Assist with AI-enablement across the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics
• Experience working with cross-cultural global teams
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Lookr, etc.
• Familiarity with data science and/or Python, Google/Adobe Analytics is a plus
• Strong proficiency with data analysis and presentation skills
• Have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience with tools
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to take direction and provide strategic insight
• Team player; detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaborator
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and creative
