GlobalLogic is hiring for the role of Marketing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in setting up and managing email and digital marketing campaigns
• Support lead management workflows and database segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategy and execution
• Maintain and update marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
• Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across marketing tools and systems
• Help optimize campaign processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
