Leadsquared is hiring for the role of Marketing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain marketing and sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders. 
• Integrate data from multiple sources including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analysis. 
• Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc. 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and address business challenges. 
• Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large datasets. 
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
• Assist in developing strategies to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a startup environment. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. 
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks. 
• Experience working with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms. 
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and techniques. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. 
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. 
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
