Maruti Suzuki India Limited is hiring for the role of Market Research Specialist - Innovation CoE!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create collaboration with academic and research institutes to generate digital IPR for MSIL from sponsored research.
• Explore partnerships, and projects with academia, research institutes, etc. which can help enhance company competitiveness & profitability
• Identify technologies that can be converted into business models/applications.
• Research product information across different categories to facilitate projects, ideate new content types through brainstorming sessions with your peers, seniors, etc., Conduct market and competitor analysis across various segments
• Identify the real needs and opportunities of research that would lead to a call for research proposals
• Collaborate with external agency partners to support the business in conducting consumer research from an end-to-end perspective.
• Present the findings to management in the form of MS Excel or PowerPoint Presentation, write various types of short-form content
• Report and escalate relevant issues to management which could hamper the timely completion of the pre-decided research timeline and budget
• Foster projects based on real market demands with genuine business acceleration.
• Plan, design, and implement consumer research studies as per agreed plans; help design a business solution by analyzing and incorporating data from various research studies
• Create an ecosystem with various user groups inside and outside the organization.
• Ensure clear communication and interpretation of actionable research and consumer insights across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive excellence in drawing insights from data and connecting knowledge bases
• Mobilize research on key regulations that hamper or stimulate innovation and research.
• Conduct an annual conference for identifying key research areas in the mobility sector
• Conduct workshops as discussion forums to build awareness among educational institutes on mobility sector research to drive participation from institutes

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (4 years), MBA, Masters would be preferred
• Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in marketing research is needed. Maximum 10 years of experience 
• MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Secondary Research Capability
