Market Regulation Analyst Internship in Hyderabad at Intercontinental Exchange

ICE is hiring for the role of Market Regulation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor IFEU’s and NDEX’s compliance with MiFIR transaction reporting and order retention; liaise with Members on relevant reporting or data issues
• Assist Members in their accurate reporting of commodity derivative positions to IFEU and NDEX and the onward reporting to the relevant regulators (FCA, AFM)
• Prepare and publish weekly Commitment of Trader reports
• Assist in the production of management information
• Review and analysis of alerts generated from internal systems per procedure, escalating to management as appropriate
• Assist with membership and anti-money laundering-related tasks where required
• Ad-hoc project work

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience in regulatory transaction reporting is desirable
• Strong IT literacy (proficiency in Excel and Word essential) 
• Good understanding of financial markets and financial services regulation desirable
• Strong report writing skills including the ability to apply independent thought and analysis
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong team player, also able to work independently and take ownership of issues
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to identify problems and working efficiently to resolve
