Hitachi is hiring for the role of Market Analyst - HVDC!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create the right structure of information for technical, commercial & marketing to be effectively stored, accessed, and analyzed.
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of the database.
• Analyze technology and commercial trends, in cooperation with Global and Regional product managers, to support:
• Define the roadmap based on expected technology trends.
• Present the results in different forums through effective communication of the trends, gaps, and urgencies.
• Handle confidential & sensitive data with care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical / Electronics preferred.
• Has previous experience in Product Structure Management.
• Basic knowledge of HVDC/FACTS/Substation is preferred.
• Structured and well-organized person.
• Capable of self-prioritizing and self-driving the day-to-day activities based on overall agreed activities and priorities.
• Collaborative person, capable of working cross-functional and with multicultural backgrounds.
• Shall be capable of understanding the right level of accuracy of data based on purpose.
• Strong communication/collaboration skills are required.
• Good intercultural sensitivity along with strong leadership skills.
• Proven capability to structure the results in high-quality slides and executive reports.
• Awareness of the Technology of HVDC systems. Good to have an appreciation of the economics and commercial aspects.
