Netskope is hiring for the role of Market Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Oversee the daily operations of our Marketo instance, including user management, integration with other platforms, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well executed and achieve desired outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing to centralize data processing and ensure an industry-standard Marketo sync, lead processing, and MQL Funnel Design.
• Develop and maintain our lead lifecycle automation between Salesforce and Marketo.
• Assist in the management of lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to Sales.
• Build and maintain programs, landing pages, and email templates
• Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, while providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy laws.
• Provide training and support to marketing team members on Marketo functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketo Administrator
• Marketo Certified Expert (preferred)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in Marketo and its integration with other marketing and sales platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
