Norstella is hiring for the role of Market Access Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze clinical policy and restriction documents and capture data into the internal tool
- Identify potential value additions or attribute updates in policy and restriction documents
- Identify ST, PA or any other restrictions in the policy effective
- Work on verification request in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Freshers with a life sciences/ pharma background can apply
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Health care, managed markets, pharma market access ecosystem, or commercial health insurance industry.
- 1 to 3 years of experience analyzing data such as claims and formulary coverage data.
- Execute work in a timely fashion with high accuracy, while managing various competing priorities.
- Ensure adherence to documentation requirements, process workflows, timelines, and escalation protocols.
