Marathi Community Support Specialist Job in Noida at Inshorts

Responsibilities

•  Be the main point of contact for communities across assigned cities of Maharashtra 
• Onboarding and training of new members from time to time 
• Daily review and monitoring of the work of assigned community members 
• Review and ensure the quality of content 
• Engage with Creator Communities to communicate advertising targets and ensure alignment with overall company revenue objectives. 
• Share regular performance reports with the Community Operations Manager 

Skills/Qualification

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively 
• Good listening and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work under stress and pressure 
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word is preferred 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Good to have- voice-over work experience
