Hero Motocorp. is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Quality Line In-charge Final Inspection!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Inspect of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level.
• Monitor Test riders’ wise issues
• Take Improvement actions
• Define manpower deployment Line wise
• Co-ordinate for Man-power availability as per defined Productivity chart.
• Maintain discipline and consistent output of the Test riders
• Test riders Output monitoring
• Counsel and trainings for improvement
• Timely clear the vehicles after Final inspection
• Co-ordinate with the Shift wise counter parts Frame assembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Final inspection
• Maintain 5s, Safety and TPM culture in Department
• Conduct Safety Meetings, Various Audits of the Department
• Carry out regular maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructure
• Support in carrying out external COP’s
• Vehicles arrangements,
• Documents preparation and
• Co-ordination for External COP’s

Requirements:

• B.tech (Mechanical or Automobile)
• 3-5 yrs Experience
