Role
As the Manufacturing Quality Line In-charge Battery Assembly you will be part of the Quality and will report to the Manufacturing Quality Section Head Battery Assembly. The purpose of your role will be to ensure defect free processes/production in Battery assembly through evaluation & improvement of product & process quality and adherence to the Quality Assurance System, to ensure the highest standards of HMCL EV products

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Ensure manufacturing of high-quality products to ensure compliance with global standards
• Analysis of internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty)
• Identify/execute improvement projects
• Periodic review of projects & KPIs.
• Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting ‘Build Up Quality’.
• Identify and audit Critical to Quality Stages.
• Evaluate Process and Machine Capability
• Implementation of QM Matrix of CTQ Machine.
• Effective Functioning of CTQ Machines.
• Analyse deviations, identify/execute improvement projects & periodic reviews
• Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect-free launch/ramp-up of new models.
• Resolve Quality issues of the New model
• Co-ordinate with respective departments for New model information
• Ensure no delay in Restoration activities from other Departments

Requirements

• Diploma (Mechanical or Automobile)
• 5 yrs Experience
