Honeywell is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Planning of materials, Handling supply chain activities, Control of quality production, Meeting delivery deadlines, managing vendors & coordinating job work with the in-house production. Coordinating with Stores & Logistics team.
• Responsible for smooth delivery of control systems from Assembly.
• Involved in Staging, Integration and loop checking to delivered defect free system.
• Review the material procurement with planning group and ensure that all material is made available for production and testing.
• Review of BOM from correctness and completeness perspective. Work closely with project team to Execute, Plan & deliver as per commitments.
• Strong Customer Handling capabilities for projects & Customers.
• Good command on Oral + Written communication in English.

Requirements:

• Technical degree BE/Btech in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/E&TC
  CCNA / CCNP Certification
• Hands-on experience on Honeywell Experion PKS system software installation including sever, station configuration, Switch configuration, Windows Domain, RESS, WSUS, FDM, ePO, EBR Server configuration.
• Honeywell C300 DCS, Safety Manager, SMSC, RTU, CE PLC testing and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience on Experion Virtualization Installation and Configuration. Configured Esxi Host, vCenter server, vSpare client Virtual Machines, configuration of management and production network, various VMware Tool Installation.
• Hand-on experience on Honeywell network system. Configured plant network like FTE network, Level 1 switches, L2 Backbone Switch, Split and stack switch configuration, Honeywell Modbus TCP Firewall, L3 switch configuration, router configuration, Router / Switch L3 to L2 Connectivity, Firewall, DMZ connections.
• Understanding and designing of System & Network Infrastructure. Network Firewall Knowledge: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo-Alto, Sophos, Firewall rules configuration.
