Manufacturing Engineer Job in Bengaluru at Flowserve Corporation

Flowserve Corporation is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes involving machining, assembly, and testing.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production. 
• Analyzes and improves quality, cost, and delivery by using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Provides engineering support in production departments by trouble shooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Designing & Modelling, engineered product valves Control Valves & On-Off Valves to international standards specs is preferable.
• Conversant with various design and FEA tools like Solid works and ANSYS.
• Thorough Knowledge in International Standards like API 09, API 598, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5 and others.
• Proficient in mechanical engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design(2D&3D). Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Ability to understand and analyse any technical concept.
• Familiarity with working principle, sizing and selection of Electrical, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuators
