Mahindra CIE Automotive is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• He should have the CNC application knoweldges Turning and VMC's
• He should be capable to write and execute the CNC Turning and VMC programs for new parts
• He should be having the Autocad knoweldge to make the CNC programs
• He should be capable of preparing process instructions and work instructions
• He should have the knoweldge on engineering processes
• He should be capable of preparing the process stage drawings
• He should have cutting tools selection knoweldge and fixturing knoweldge
• He should have the SAP knoweldge
• He should be capable to handle new machines inspection and trails suppliers end to prove out the process
• He should be capable to study the new drawings receiving from different customers
• He should be capable of calculating the cycle time required to complete the job
• He should be capable of establishing the complete process
• He should be capable to make the shop floor layout
• He should have the computer knoweldge
• He should be capable of new process development, qualification and validation
• He should be capable to commissioning of new machines coordinating with suppliers
• He should be capable of planning and execution of activities
• He should be capable of trouble shooting on process

Requirements:

• Turning VMC application knowledge * Tooling and Fixturing knowledge *Knowledge on Auto CAD *Engineering process knowledge
• Educational Qualification- Diploma
