Manufacturing Engineer Job in Pune at NOV Inc.

NOV Inc. is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Engineer! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Design and improve manufacturing equipment and tooling to enhance productivity
• Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify and resolve root causes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manufacturing processes and equipment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and statistical process control techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
