About this Job
GE Healthcare is hiring for the role of Manufacturing Engineer 1!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing Engineering change (ECR/ECO) & implementations in manufacturing
- Preparing Work instructions (SOP) & maintaining revision history
- Preparing of Device History Records(eDHR) & maintenance revision history
- Maintaining PFMEA/DMR/Process Maps/Quality plans Training the team on Products, Processes & Changes
- Managing Product cost (Labour HR, Cost roll up, BOM/ICV roll, etc…)
- Taking corrective and preventive actions for part, process failures, and customer complaints
- Managing Measuring tool/equipment calibration
- Maintaining a good history of issues as a Master Trouble Shooting Guide
- Implementing FMI’s on the Products as applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical and Electrical & Electronics
- Hands-on experience of 1.5 to 3 Years in Diagnostic imaging - Product manufacturing industry
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare industry with ISO 13485 certification is preferable
