Airtel is hiring for the role of Manual Tester - Customer Experience!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases to identify and eliminate bugs, ensuring exceptional product reliability.
- Drive end-to-end UAT and sanity testing across assisted and digital channels (Thanks app, Web, Mini Web, Chat Bot, etc.)
- Work closely with engineers, product owners, and CFTs to prioritize bug fixes, share valuable feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify roadblocks and opportunities for enhancement, advocating for solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.
- Document product journeys and present findings to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
- 2+ Years of working experience in application testing or product operation.
- Experience in telecommunication domain (preferred)
- Strong communication and inter personal skills.
