Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test cases and test plans based on product requirements and specifications.
• Functional Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all product features to ensure they meet quality standards, including regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing.
• Usability Testing: Evaluate the user interface for intuitiveness and user experience, providing feedback for improvement.
• Performance Testing: Assess the performance of the application under various load conditions to identify and report performance bottlenecks.
• Bug Reporting and Tracking: Document defects clearly and accurately in our issue tracking system, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and customer support to communicate issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the QA team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role, ideally in testing SaaS-based products.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with testing methodologies and best practices.
• Tools: Proficiency with testing tools and techniques, such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
