Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead client engagements across diverse industries and address various problem statements.
• Develop and lead marketing strategies for large, regional, and global clients using technology and data-driven insights.
• Build and manage key relationships with mid-to-senior level client stakeholders, independently assess their agendas, internal culture, and readiness for change.
• Guide teams in creating effective marketing strategies, delivering impactful presentations, and enhancing team members’ skills and roles.
• Provide marketing expertise, lead project delivery teams, foster innovation, and create a collaborative environment across all levels.
• Manage relationships with internal Mastercard stakeholders like Product and Business Development to scope projects and deliver relevant client solutions.
• Offer on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with experience in marketing and campaign projects, such as digital and social media campaigns, product launches, digital customer experience, ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystems, and offline marketing activities.
• Proven experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects, including third-party engagements.
• Strong vendor and client relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
• Proven ability to identify new business development opportunities, draft proposals, and scope new projects.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and marketplace dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and, if applicable, the local office language.
• Eligibility to work in the country of application and ability to apply for travel visas as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional marketing experience, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), video production (e.g., scripting, storyboarding), content creation, usability labs, and print production management.
• Experience in global supply chain management (GSM), sourcing new suppliers, and assessing third-party production vendors.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience leading the development and implementation of client solutions with measurable business impact.
• Experience creating innovative solutions or knowledge for the firm.
• Relevant expertise in marketing, sales, or product technology.
• MBA or a master’s degree with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
