Manager– TMG Legal EMEA Job in Hyderabad at Morgan Stanley

• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining (automated) documentation for securitized derivatives products (notes, certificates, and warrants).
• Drafting of legal documentation for bespoke trades – e.g., Final Terms and Pricing Supplements
• Dealing with trade approvals, using various systems and applications.
• Closing and settling transactions – e.g., sending to various recipients, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining spreadsheets, various metrics, and databases.
• Dealing with document requests and documentation reconciliation.
• Assisting with stats data and operations-related matters and other requests, e.g., working with the operations team to provide treasury function with quarterly stats

Requirements:

• Law graduate with 4-5 years of experience
• Experience in Derivatives/Structured Products and/or Exchange Traded Products (not ETF business though)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Good Excel knowledge
• The high degree of attention to detail
• Organized, pro-active, able to multi-task and work efficiently, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient
• Knowledge of any one of the foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Nordics); is not mandatory though
