Manager – Talent Supply Chain -Supply Manager Job in Mumbai at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Manager – Talent Supply Chain -Supply Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within the Talent Supply Chain globally 
• Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area 
• Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area 
• Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys/solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems over the next 18-24 months till the new ERP  
• Work closely with the Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap  
• Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions 
• Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area 
• Support new ERP solutions build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses 
• Excellent Program Management skills & proven execution rigor reflected through medium to large scale change initiatives 
• Solid problem-solving, critical thinking & analytical skills 
• Exposure to HR process simplification and Tech implementations in HR  
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders 
• Excellent relationship management & influencing skills 
• Storytelling & Executive presence 
• Experience in using lean Six Sigma & design thinking is preferred

Requirements

• University graduate; post-graduation degree preferable 
• Exposure to project management  
• Excellent Program Management skills & proven execution rigor reflected through medium to large-scale change initiatives
• Relevant experience in driving transformation in HR or enterprise-level function or Tech implementation for a medium/large organization
