Genpact is hiring for the role of Manager: STP!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Take ownership of SLA and performance metrics of the process and Client Delight
- Be responsible for executing applicable process transformations, training plans, key people practices and technology audits
- Provide overall guidance and support to the Direct reports + teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor data quality across systems
- Peer review to perform QC - flexibility to perform ad-hoc tests/quality checks
- Work with other functional leads to identify additional improvement opportunities
- Be responsible for hiring and retaining key positions in MDM
Requirements:
- Relevant years of work experience
- Should have handled more than 50+ FTEs in the past
- Experience in working with Master Data Management processes required
- Strong team player and have leadership skills
- Lean trained & Tested
- GB certification would be an added advantage
- Experience working with SAP ERP tools is a must
- Postgraduate and experience in running operations for Master Data Management in large set-up.
