Manager/ Sr Manager-Distribution (Investments - Branch and Digital Channel) Job in Noida at Religare Broking Ltd

Role Description:

• To lead all the key initiatives for investments products business via branch and digital channel
• To strategize new initiatives, budgeting, P & L management, partner & vendor management (Partners)
• To coordinate with all the internal stakeholder on various initiatives and tasks.
• Instrumental to drive digital campaign and platforms pertaining to investment products
• Effective leadership to execute key initiatives across the branch and digital channels.
• Sound knowledge of compliance, products and risk associated with investments products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product management- Investments Products
• Handle overall P & L and budging for the Investments Products
• New tie ups and product launches in association with investments Products partners
• Presentations and routine reporting to Head-Distribution and Strategic Partnerships

ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES:

• Must be from Investments Products
• Experience B2B and B2C business models
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• MISs and sound knowledge about investments Products
• Knowledge about Digital platforms and campaigns

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / PG will be preferred + AMFI certifications/ CFP/ CWM
• Min 5+ years of the experience
• Min working experience of 3 years in Investment Products
