Job Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory/accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely payment collections as per company norms.
- Report progress to management on a regular basis.
- Drive marketing — product demos, presentations, and seminars.
- Prepare and submit tender/RFP documents.
- Ensure complete market coverage and regular customer engagement.
- Manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle with a consultative approach.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in the IT industry with reputed organizations.
- Proven experience in selling IT solutions (hardware & software) to Central/State Government departments, PSUs, and public utilities.
- Strong knowledge of local market and customer base.
