Job Description:

Revenue Generation & Sales Targets

• Drive revenue growth by selling advertising/media solutions to B2B clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.

Ad & Media Sales

• Develop and pitch customized advertising solutions to clients across digital, print, or broadcast platforms.
• Understand client objectives and create media plans that deliver ROI and brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Generate leads, set up meetings, and deliver compelling presentations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to deliver client solutions.

Reporting & Forecasting

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present to senior management.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and provide sales forecasts.
