Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
