Vodafone is hiring for the role of Manager - Retail Franchisee Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Expanding franchise channel: Identification & recruitment of FOFO Channel Partners.
- Reviewing and planning for FOFO with regular updates to the Retail Lead.
- Resolving Team conflict.
- Coaching and training of franchisee owners/CREs.
Requirements:
- Essential: Graduation - Regular/MBA
- Desired: Post-graduation in business management/MBA
- Work ex: 1- 4 years
- Experience in the retail/ sales industry
- Open to mobility
- People management skills
